Terms of use

You are responsible for activity on your account. Reader apps are limited to three devices per account; keep your credentials private. Only customer accounts can open purchased titles in the reader apps.

• A purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to read the title in the ReadTrade Reader apps.
• You may not share account access, extract files, remove watermarks, or circumvent protection. Copies are watermarked to you — treat them accordingly.
• Access may expire where a title is sold with an expiry window; this is shown before purchase where applicable.

Sellers confirm they hold the rights to every file they upload and that listings don't infringe anyone's rights or break the law. We may remove listings that violate these terms. Sellers are responsible for their pricing, descriptions, and support of their own titles.

Digital goods are generally non-refundable once accessed. If a purchase failed or a file is defective, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

We work to keep the service available but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change; if we discontinue a purchased title's availability entirely, affected buyers will be notified.
